   • The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received.

   • A return authorization will be provided with instructions for shipping the item back.

3. Return Shipping Costs

   • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective or incorrect.

4. Refunds

   • Once the returned item is inspected, we will notify you about the status of your refund.
   • Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.

5. Damaged or Defective Items

   • We will replace or refund the item at no extra cost.
